I recently placed an order with zazzle.com for 3 different art cards and they finally arrived last week. I have previously used Zazzle before but only the UK so I was pleased to see that the quality was comparable. I ordered three different images and two sizes (6x4" & 7x5") and I'm really pleased with them. Aside from a couple of minor changes to the text I put on the back I would order the same again. For the most part their website is fairly straight forward and when designing them online, you have a pretty accurate idea of how they will come out but I did struggle with the font size and I think I will actually reduce it if I put in another order. The other thing that is slightly annoying is that you are obliged to have their logo on the back. However, I haven't found any other companies that give you an option not to have their logo. All in all, the print quality and card weight seem very good and now that I know that, I would definitely put in a larger order next time to bring the cost per card down. Here's a peek...

Back To Work
I have just returned from a trip to France for a wonderful wedding and am feeling very inspired and excited to get down to some work! Today I have been working on the greeting card range again and trying to get up to date with all my admin/accounts/expenses etc!
Here is a sneak peak of one of my new card designs...

Greeting Cards
I have been away for a couple of weeks and been a bit slack with the old blogging so I have some catching up to do! We were on holiday in Arizona and Utah which is pretty inspiring when it comes to landscapes and colour. For now though I have to stick with all the projects I already have on the go such as creating a range of greeting cards. I think I am a little obsessed with cards, I love browsing through rows and rows of them and selecting just the perfect one for each person I need to send one to. I often buy them even if I don't even have someone to send it to just because I think its a great card. As a result I tend to have rather a large stash of them in our stationary draw. Anyway, I would love to design a range of cards and have started with a few little sketches to see what might work. When I get them finalised and work out all the logistics of printing etc they will be available in my Etsy shop and also at Jane Packer New York which is exciting!
