I had forgotten how fun watercolours are! I haven't got them out for absolutely ages instead always favouring acrylic. I finally dug them out and dusted them off today as I had some quick sketches to do as preliminaries to a couple of new projects. The paper has gone all bumpy as I was doing these in my regular sketch book - better go and buy some proper watercolour paper (any excuse to go to the art shop!)
